Located inside the Dream Hotel in midtown, Fishbowl NYC is something of an adult play-space wonderland. Featuring two mini bowling lanes, an actual fish tank, vintage arcade games and skee ball machines, the Fishbowl is a guaranteed good time for your New Year’s Eve celebration.
When you’re not busy playing games, Fishbowl NYC offers flat screen TVs and a DJ booth so you can dance, drink and ring in 2026 while unleashing your inner child within the glamor of the beautiful midtown Dream Hotel. Fishbowl is the perfect option if you want an alternative to a traditional nightclub experience as you and your friends can ditch the crowds and lines for a night of games and oversized shared cocktails.
You MUST enter the Times Square area at a specific entry point in order to access this event. There will be barricades set up throughout Times Square at the discretion of NYPD that will limit where pedestrians can / cannot walk on New Year’s Eve.
The New York Police Department requires that guests present tickets in order to access party venues that are within the barricaded area of Times Square. Large crowds should be expected and you may be required to wait outside for a period of time (Show up early and help reduce the wait time). Regardless of admittance time to your party, make sure to enter the Times Square area at your designated venue entry point no later than 8 PM. All movement in the area will be at the discretion of NYPD and guests accept all risks and agree to adhere to all NYPD rules and regulations for the evening. Strict admittance restrictions may be in place during the ball drop (11:30 PM – 12:15 AM)

What's the dress code for Fishbowl on New Year's Eve?
Upscale casual to cocktail attire works for Fishbowl. Nice jeans with a dressy top are acceptable, but avoid athletic wear, sneakers, or overly casual outfits. This is still a TAO Group venue in a boutique hotel—dress with some style even though it's a game room atmosphere.
Is there an age requirement for Fishbowl?
Yes, Fishbowl is a 21+ event. All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID upon entry - no exceptions. This includes driver's licenses, passports, or state ID cards. If you cannot prove you're 21 or older, you will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued.

How do I get to Fishbowl if I'm coming from Times Square?
Fishbowl is located inside Dream Midtown at 210 West 55th Street, which falls within the Times Square barricaded zone on New Year's Eve. You MUST enter the Times Square area at a specific entry point designated by NYPD - check your ticket confirmation for your venue's assigned entry point. Enter the area no later than 8 PM, as NYPD controls all movement throughout the night. You'll need to present your ticket to police to access venues within the barricaded zone. Large crowds are expected, so arrive early to reduce wait times. Strict admittance restrictions may be in place during the ball drop (11:30 PM-12:15 AM).
