How to Buy Tickets
There are several options when buying tickets:
- WEB: You can purchase any ticket to one of our events on our website: NYCNewYears.com. To buy, select the number of tickets you want to purchase in the dropdown of a specific event and follow the instructions. Traditionally this is the fastest and most efficient method.
- EMAIL: Not sure where to go or how to buy tickets? Email us at info@nycnewyears.com and one of our concierges will reply promptly.
- PHONE: You can purchase tickets over the phone with a New Years Eve Specialist at 646-205-7600.
Ticket Delivery
Print-At-Home Tickets:
Guests will receive tickets via email that must be printed in advance. Guests MUST have printed tickets in order to access the event. Guests will ONLY be able to access the event if they present printed tickets.
Guests are responsible for having their Print-At-Home ticket available to be scanned, and can distribute their Print-At-Home ticket as they please, but be aware that once each Print-At-Home ticket has been scanned it will not work again for admission, so distribute them carefully. The security of your Print-At-Home ticket is your obligation. If your Print-At-Home ticket is duplicated (via print or mobile), the first guest to present and have their Print-At-Home ticket scanned will be admitted into the Event. Any guest presenting duplicate Print-At-Home tickets will be denied access. The ticketing company, its affiliates and clients, are not liable for claims due to a Print-At-Home ticket security breach, nor is a refund warranted should you be refused admission due to another guest having a copy of your Print-At-Home ticket.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless an event is canceled by NYCNewYears.com

If your event is canceled, in most cases you won’t need to do anything; we will inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, on the same payment method used for purchase.
By purchasing tickets you are accepting these terms.
What are my options if I am unable to attend because I have been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case or am experiencing COVID-like symptoms?
At the current time we are not offering COVID-19 related refunds, attendees may want to consider other options such as selling or transferring tickets in advance of the event they are attending. If the attendee chooses to do so, please reach out to us to transfer the tickets to the new guest if necessary.
